Psychological support

Psychological support is an activity aimed at supporting people in specific life situations. The activity is focused on a limited problem, which is temporally defined and oriented to the construction of personal identity.

Spending a period of life abroad is a highly educational and full of news experience, but it can also unveil some difficulties. Among these, the most common ones are a sense of loneliness, isolation, stress, culture shock and

experiences of sadness due to homesickness.

A target that can be achieved through psychological support is to get over the contingent moment of difficulty, which is made possible by the highly empathic relationship created between the client and the psychologist. Moreover, psychological support can facilitate the externalization of what the person lives and feels and broaden the possibilities of a deeper self-consciousness.

Our sessions are available in English, Italian and French.
